Each segment is 30–45 seconds. Watch in order or pick the one that matches the question your firm has. The fictional matter throughout is Sterling & Co. LLP advising Zenith Holdings on the acquisition of NimbusLogistics — a UK M&A scenario that exercises every primitive in DONNA's stack.
